Lead Generation – Ad Nomad
Lead generation for high-ticket offers

Your ads are fighting over 3% of the market. We go after the other 97%.

Most agencies run the same handful of "sign up now" ads at the few people ready to buy today — the same people every competitor is bidding for. That's why your cost per lead climbs every time you try to scale. We build new creative every week that reaches the buyers of tomorrow, and a funnel that turns them into qualified leads.

Why it stalls

Paid ads can work for you. Your current setup just isn't built for it.

01

Optimised for the cheapest lead

Low cost per lead looks great in the report. Your sales team knows the truth: half the leads never pick up the phone.

02

The same ads, month after month

No new angles, no new stories — just budget shuffled between the same creatives. On Meta, the creative is the targeting. Stale ads mean a shrinking audience.

03

The funnel ends at the ad

Traffic goes to a generic page with patchy tracking. Nobody owns the steps between the click and the sales call.

The 3% problem

Why your cost per lead goes up every time you scale.

"Sign up now" ads only work on the small slice of people ready to buy today — and every competitor is bidding for the same people. Add budget, and you pay more for the same few buyers.

The other 97% will buy eventually. They just need a reason to start thinking about it. Whoever earns their attention first is the one they call when they're ready.

Market split based on Chet Holmes' buyer pyramid. Exact shares vary by market — the pattern doesn't.

Lead media buyer and key strategist. Romania, March–April 2026.

Meta-reported leads from the client ad accounts we run (Meta keeps 37 months of data, so totals start in late 2023). "Same budget level" = comparable average monthly spend in both periods. Executive education case: September 2026 vs. the January–June 2026 average.

How we build it

A funnel that qualifies — not a form that collects.

The same structure behind the results above. Each stage speaks to a different part of the market, and filters out the wrong people on the way.

Stage 1 · Prospecting

Story-led advertorials

Instead of selling the product, we tell the story of a real customer. People recognise themselves before they know they need you.

  • Filmed and written in-house
  • Native, editorial format
Stage 2 · Conversion

Dedicated landing pages

Every offer gets its own page, written for the doubts a buyer has at that price point.

  • One page per offer
  • Built and QA'd in-house
Stage 3 · Capture

Two lead paths, one source of truth

Meta lead forms and website forms, both tracked back to the ad that drove them.

  • UTM-tagged on every lead
  • GDPR consent built in
Stage 4 · Retargeting

Follow the considered buyer

A separate retargeting layer keeps you in front of readers through a decision that takes weeks.

  • Two-layer account structure
  • Sequenced by engagement

A customer's story, not a sales pitch

Reads like an article. Hooks people who recognise themselves in the problem before they start shopping for a solution.

Creative strategy

Most accounts don't die from bad targeting. They die from the same ads running for months.

On Meta, the algorithm finds your buyers through the creative. Run the same three ads for a year and you keep reaching the same people — until they stop responding and your cost per lead creeps up. New angles are how you reach new parts of the market.

The usual agency setup

  • The same handful of ads, refreshed with new colours
  • Creative is "the client's job" — or a template
  • Optimisation means moving budget between ad sets
  • Reports show CPL. Nobody asks which leads became customers

How we work

  • New angles every week, each built on a different buying trigger
  • We write, shoot and edit in-house — no briefing chain
  • Optimisation means finding the next message that works
  • Lead quality from your sales team decides what we make next
The feedback loop

Every week, the results decide what we make next.

1

Listen

Which leads became real conversations? Your sales team's feedback and the lead data tell us what's working.

2

Find the angle

A new trigger, objection or story to test — informed by the data and by what competitors are running.

3

Produce

Written, filmed and edited by us, so a new idea goes from brief to live ad without waiting on anyone.

4

Test

New angles go live against the current winners, tracked to the lead and the form.

5

Learn

Scale what brings qualified leads. Cut what doesn't. The insight goes straight into the next brief.

Production

We don't brief a creative team. We are the creative team.

The person running your account is the same person behind the camera. That's why the ads match the strategy — and why we can test new angles in days, not weeks.

A

We advise your team

Shot lists, scripts and editing direction your in-house people can execute.

B

We shoot it ourselves

Interviews, testimonials and ad footage, filmed and edited by us. Quoted separately by volume and location.

How we start

From audit to live funnel.

Step 1

Audit

Your account, your tracking and a live analysis of what your competitors are running.

Step 2

Build

Funnel structure, landing pages, lead forms and tracking — set up before a krone is spent.

Step 3

Produce

Creative briefs and footage built around your strongest proof: your customers.

Step 4

Run & iterate weekly

New creative angles every week, optimised towards lead quality — with reporting your sales team recognises.

How we're paid

One fixed fee. Your growth stays yours.

No percentage of ad spend. No cut of your revenue. When the funnel works and you scale, our fee stays the same — so our advice is never about spending more of your money.

What you pay for is someone who knows your industry, your customers and your account inside out — and keeps shipping.

Spending €10k+ a month on paid media?

Three quick questions, then pick a time.

Check if we're a fit
Questions

What people ask before the first call.

Why a fixed fee instead of a percentage of ad spend?

Because a percentage rewards spending more, not selling more. With a fixed fee, our only incentive is to make every krone work harder. When you scale, you keep the upside.

Is there a minimum ad spend?

We work best with companies spending €10k or more a month on paid media. Below that, there's rarely enough budget to test new creative every week — and that testing is where the results come from.

Who makes the creative?

We do. Strategy, scripts, filming and editing are handled by the same person who runs your ads. If you have an in-house team, we can also direct them with shot lists and editing notes instead.

How fast can we go live?

[Your realistic timeline — e.g. audit in week 1, funnel and tracking in weeks 2–3, first new creative live in week 3–4.]

How do you measure lead quality, not just lead volume?

Every lead is tracked to the ad and the story that brought it in. We then work with your sales team to see which leads turn into conversations and customers — and that decides what we make next.

Do we have to fire our current agency?

No. You can start by letting us run part of the budget side by side with your existing setup. Then the numbers make the decision.

Do you work outside Denmark?

Yes. We're based in Copenhagen and run campaigns across Europe and beyond, in English and Danish.

Next step

Let's see if we're the right fit.

Answer three questions and pick a time. In 30 minutes we go through your current setup and tell you honestly whether we can beat it — and if we can't, we'll say so.

  • A look at your account, your funnel and your creative
  • Where your ceiling is and what's causing it
  • No pitch deck. No obligation.
