Two out of three dealers say aging stock is their biggest daily headache. More stock ads won't fix it — buyers have to trust you and raise their hand first. We build campaigns that turn interest in a specific car into a lead your sales team can call today, and an audience that's already waiting when the next car comes in.
Dealers and brands we've worked with
Every week a car stands still costs you in capital, prep and price cuts. 66% of dealers name markdown pressure as a top daily problem — and the oldest cars are usually the ones nobody is pushing.
Almost half of dealers can't see which individual cars are getting ad support. The budget goes to the brand or the newest arrivals, while the car that's been in stock for 70 days gets nothing.
A press shot, a price and "book a test drive". Buyers scroll past — and compare you with ten other dealers on the classifieds selling the same model.

Most car buyers think about it for months. They browse, dream, read reviews and work out lease payments long before they contact a dealer.
The dealer who has been there the whole time is the one they call when they're ready. That's where we spend your budget.
Market split based on Chet Holmes' buyer pyramid. Exact shares vary by market — the pattern doesn't.
Plus the everyday work around them: stock, workshop, events and Google.
Ads built around one specific car or a curated selection — "summer sports cars", "family SUVs", "this week's car" — with a short form. The lead lands with your sales team, who already know which car the buyer wants.
201 car-specific leads for Bilfirmaet from one campaign
Separate lead campaigns for EVs, hybrids, premium and business cars. Your sales team knows what each person is looking for — and when a matching car comes in, you have buyers to call before it ever hits the classifieds.
1,000+ interest-sorted leads for Bilfirmaet
Real deliveries, the people behind the dealership, the team and happy customers. Car buyers are sceptical of dealers — this is what makes them pick you over the one down the road.
Ads that pull cars from your inventory, with an extra push for cars that have been standing too long — combined with lead forms, so interest becomes a phone number, not just a page view.
Always-on workshop and PPF campaigns, event campaigns across Denmark, Norway and Sweden, and brand work within importer guidelines.
Search campaigns on models, "lease [model]" and your own name — so you're on top when the buyer finally starts searching.
Before we took over, Formula Leasing's ads pushed the stock: dynamic catalogue and carousel ads of cars on the lot. Plenty of visits — almost no one got in touch. We switched the focus to selected cars, themed collections, short lead forms and retargeting.
60,000+ visits to stock pages, but only 46 people left their details.
20× more leads for the sales team — on a smaller total budget.
Meta-reported leads in the Formula Leasing ad account. Previous setup: 2023 campaigns. Ours: March 2025 – October 2026. Cost per lead fell by 96%.
In February 2025 we rebuilt the account around one question: which car is this person interested in? Separate lead campaigns for EVs, hybrids, premium and business cars, lead ads on specific cars from stock, and retargeting with real deliveries and the people behind the dealership. Every lead went straight to the sales team, sorted by the type of car they wanted. The budget stayed at the same level.
Leads per month in Meta, May 2024 – January 2026.
Meta-reported figures from the clients' own ad accounts. "Same budget level" = comparable average monthly spend in both periods. Formula Automobile: the "AN // TOF/BOF – Sale" campaigns, June–October 2026.
We'll look at your ads and your stock, and tell you honestly how many more we think you could get.

I started out prepping cars at a dealership when I was 15. Since then I've worked as a sales assistant and a salesman, shot cars for magazines, built my own classic car channel, studied marketing and wrote my bachelor's thesis on the car industry. Today I run ads for dealers — and I know what happens when a lead lands on a salesperson's desk, because I've sat on the other side of it.
Learned the cars inside out — and what customers notice when they pick them up.
Test drives, trade-ins, financing and customers who want to sleep on it.

Thomas Skovgaard · 18 years in the car business · founder of Vintage Steel
Thomas has photographed cars since he was 18 — for magazines and his own classic car channels. That's why your stock won't look like everyone else's, and why we can test new angles every week.
If you have a photographer or content team, we give them briefs, angles, formats and feedback on what works in the ads.
Car photography, walkarounds and customer stories, shot and edited for ads by a car photographer. Quoted separately by volume and location.
Your accounts, your tracking and what your competitors are running right now.
Inventory feed, campaign structure, forms and tracking — in place before any budget is spent.
Angles and briefs for new ads, built around your cars and your customers.
New angles tested continuously, with reporting your sales team can use: leads, test drives and sales.
We don't take a percentage of your ad spend. When you scale up, our fee stays the same — so our advice is never about getting you to spend more.
What you pay for is someone who knows the industry, your stock and your customers — and ships something new every week.
We come from the industry. Thomas has worked with cars since he was 15 — prepping cars, as a sales assistant and as a salesman — has photographed cars for magazines since he was 18, and runs his own classic car channel, Vintage Steel. So we understand how a car gets sold, how to make it look good, and what your sales team needs when a lead comes in.
Yes. If your cars come from an inventory system or a listings feed, we can usually build a feed so the ads update themselves as cars come in and get sold — and give cars that have been in stock too long an extra push. We check this in the audit.
Every lead comes in tied to a specific car or type of car, so your sales team knows what to talk about before they pick up the phone. The forms can also ask about budget and timing, and every lead is tracked back to the ad that brought it in. Then we follow up with your sales team on which leads turned into test drives and sales — and that decides what we make next.
Yes. We've run ads for premium brands with strict rules on imagery, tone and logos. The guidelines are part of the brief from day one.
You can, and we'll give you briefs and feedback. Otherwise we shoot it ourselves — quoted separately.
Yes. Meta creates the interest, and Google catches people when they start searching for the model or for you. The two need to work together.
[Your realistic timeline — e.g. audit in week 1, setup and tracking in week 2, first new ads live in week 3.]
Answer three questions and pick a time. In 30 minutes we go through your current setup and tell you honestly whether we can do better — and if we can't, we'll say so.
